How To Make The Most Out Of Customer Support Forums

An unsuspecting developer wanders into a pre-sale support forum, interested in knowing if it is possible to disable certain features in a CMS system that may or may not break the possibility of that person purchasing a costly developers license for the businesses template collection.  As an innocent member of the site, another customer, happilly helps the new potential customer out.  They are both caught in a barrage of accusations of piracy and insults from the websites administrators and moderators.

Sounds almost as though Sherrif John Binell of "Most Amazing: Caught On Tape" wrote it himself.  Sounds like it could never happen right?  Well, you couldn't be further from the truth.  Call it a case of "Why you should always keep a close eye on your admins and mods in your customer support forums!"

Current Projects...

projectWe're working on several new projects including the launch of the new 380 Network which will be a hosting and management supplier to Entertainment and Music Professionals throughout the south.  As well, we are working closely with Ben Freedman Productions of Dallas to help bring a new Jingles Website to the net that is expected to be the new 500lb Gorilla in the Radio ID Jingle Market.  Watch for news in my blog as we get ramped up!

thumbI have a commitment to bring the absolute highest quality of work to my clients.  Whether it's photography at a concert or sporting event, or a website with features customized to the individuals needs, I will work hard to bring about the solutions that you need, and the results that you want.
